From the beginning, our goal has been to provide our customers quality housing in Jackson County at affordable prices. Our professional team of management and maintenance staff are dedicated to serving our clients. We provide exceptional housing that not only meet, but surpass all city/state housing codes. Rest assured that we WILL take care of you and your housing needs!

What is included with your rent payment?

  • Trash can receptacle, as well as, a weekly trash service.

  • We cover all water and sewer costs.

  • We provide 24 hr. emergency maintenance services, as well as, all preventative maintenance services.  

  • Lawn maintenance for all multifamily/apartment units.

  • Snow plowing and/or removal for all multifamily/apartment units.

  • We cover all taxes, county issued special assessments, and city inspection costs. ​
